From the start to the end, Chris and Christy’s wedding day was filled with loving kindness, the gracious help of family and friends and affirming words and joy. Lots of joy.
My greatest gratitude as a wedding photographer is the days when I get to “reaffirm” my own wedding vows, so to speak. When the couple, and those they surround themselves with, are such an example of marriage that it’s hard not to be in awe.
The sunset photos were gorgeous and drool worthy, of course, but my favorite part of the day were the speeches. Each and every member of Chris and Christy’s bridal party got up to speak words of life over the couple; calling out Christy’s ability to out do others in love and Chris’ deep dedication to his friends and his bride. Each friend affirmed who Chris and Christy were created to be perfectly for each other.
