Today is the one year anniversary of Caitlin + Hunter’s Westward Look wedding in Tucson, Arizona!

It was a beautiful spring day in Tucson, Arizona for their wedding and they picked the most perfect, colorful venue to celebrate their day!

Caitlin was giddy all day; so excited to spend time with her bridesmaids, and they were so excited to heap love and praise on Caitlin in all her bridal glory (and OKAY she looked amazing). I was so impressed with how this couple’s friends came together to create such a unique, creative and colorful Spring wedding for them. Of course, I was drooling over the yellow walls at Westward Look, but all the intentional details this couple incorporated, such as florals, dried flowers, desert touches, colorful signage really tied together their vision!

We photographed the couple at sunset around the grounds at their Westward Look wedding. The Spring desert does not disappoint! Westward Look has some gorgeous mountain views and the little baby full moon even peeked its head out for a couple of their pics (see if you can spy that!)

The most memorable part of the day for me was their reception. This couple lives in Idaho and brought all their friends and people out for their Tucson wedding. They DEFINITELY showed them a good time! I was so touched by all of their friend’s speeches (cute reaction photos taken, OF COURSE). My MOST favorite part was THAT DANCE FLOOR (thanks to Hans Hutchinson for the entertainment – hire him!) This dance floor was SO good that I even stuck around to dance a little myself (see the last photos). After Caitlin and Hunter did a sparkler exit, they and their friends headed into the cantina at Westward Look and let the “after party” begin. Yes to this ALWAYS!

Caitlin and Hunter, thank you for trusting me and my artistry and for valuing what I do. It was such a pleasure to celebrate with you all one year ago and get to know you both during the months of planning beforehand (and their 2020 colorful engagement shoot!) These two are so kind and sweet and were definitely a highlight of my Spring 2021 wedding season!
