Sarah and Sebastian’s engagement photos in the desert of Gate’s Pass in Tucson, Arizona. This session was so full of laughs and silliness and big hugs and sweet kisses. These two said (like many of my clients do) “we are so awkward.” Tell me, do they look awkward in these photos?! NO! But you know what, sometimes that FEELING of awkwardness just means leaning into your partner more and being silly together. Which is exactly way S + S did.

These two are the type of couple who are just so elated to be around each other. They are a couple who has formed so many special bonds and memories together, from their love of their pup Harris to all of the songs that has made up the soundtrack of their relationship.

Our evening in the desert was one of those magical desert nights when the sun goes down and the mountains start to turn a dusty orange and deep purple. There’s something romantic about the light and atmosphere of the desert at dusk and I’m so glad we were able to capture their love in it.
