2019. What a year. This is gonna be a hard one to beat, photography wise. In May, I left my teaching job to pursue a career in full time photography. I had a sweet client ask me recently what has surprised me the most about going full time. I told her, I think it’s the fact that I’m doing it and I’m doin’ alright! I have ALL of my amazing clients to thank, shown here or not. You have trusted my vision, invested your time, resources and energy into hiring me and allowing me the privilege of documenting your intimate and celebratory moments. I am continually thankful 🙂
This year I photographed my first two destination weddings in Portland and Colorado! I can’t wait to travel more for photography and would happily do so!
This year allowed me to meet so many beautiful graduates, families, sweet babies, expecting mamas, couples; people goin’ through hard times and good times. It was filled with so much color and joy. In 2019, I solidified how much I love color and intimate, joy-filled moments of connection. You will see a lot of that here.
