To celebrate Sam and Charlotte’s wedding this weekend, I wanted to share their Desert Botanical Garden engagement session!
This is one of my favorite venues to photograph at because of all the color and landscape. The gardens are so beautifully cared for. I especially enjoy that they look different at each time in the year; showing off different blooming cactus and flowers. The past year or so, the artist Chihuly had his sculptures in the garden and they added such magical colors and opportunities for light to just *dance* A photographer’s dream!!
These two are getting married at La Paloma Resort & Spa this weekend in Tucson, Arizona. They met in fourth grade (!!!) in Hebrew School and grew up as friends. After reconnecting and getting together after college, Sam proposed in the same classroom where they met! How cute is that?! Together, they enjoy cooking and traveling as a couple and Charlotte is a talented seamstress. I especially enjoy following all the clothes and creations she makes and shares on Instagram. They enjoy color and vibrancy, so when they reached out for me to photograph their Fall Tucson wedding I knew we’d be a great fit!
I cannot wait for their family-filled party of a wedding this weekend at La Paloma. Until then, enjoy all the colorful goodness we created at the Phoenix Desert Botanical Garden for their engagement session.
If you enjoyed this engagement session, check out Kari and Scott’s that I photographed there, too. Check it out here.
