I’m thrilled to share Bridget and Aaron’s Tohono Chul Park wedding in Tucson, Arizona! Theirs was a beautiful Spring wedding in the Tucson desert filled with the love of a great group of family and friends.

Bridget + Aaron’s wedding day was the first day we met in person, but the goodness of who these two are shined through immediately. Bridget and Aaron are gracious and kind. They have a zeal for life. Their love and appreciation for their friends and family was so evident.

They chose to surround themselves with such a great group that, quite literally, rallied around them to celebrate. Aaron and his groomsmen made custom “getting ready” outfits out of sweat suits from Costco. This was definitely the first time I’ve photographed something like that – ha! Bridget and her girls were hilarious, supportive of one another and so much fun to hang out with!

I have to be honest. It can be nerve wracking photographing someone’s most important day. Not because I’m not confident in my skills, but because it’s just that: someone’s MOST important day. Being surrounded by such a gracious and kind couple, who was so eager to encourage and assume the best, was so comforting. It made my job that day even sweeter.

I had so much fun at this wedding that I even chose to stay a little late and get down on the dance floor with the couple and their guests. When Blink-182 comes on you can’t say no! It was truly an unforgettable day and left me feeling incredibly grateful for the job I get to do.
