Micaela and Evan’s Mount Lemmon engagement photos!

Okay, okay, well this might NOT have have been the engagement session YET, but Micaela and Evan did something I wish more people would do…they treated themselves to photos together just because!

Micaela is a close friend of mine. We have known each other since high school youth group we quickly bonded. We have walked through so much together as friends and I’m immensely grateful that she has found Evan, a man that cares deeply for her and cherishes her!

These two love the outdoors, enjoy time with friends and going on trips with their two dogs, Dixie and Bronx. Micaela is the type of person who cares deeply for the people in her life. She always checks in on them and is the friend that always says “text me when you get home” just to make sure they’re safe. This shoot was the first time I had met Evan, but I knew pretty quickly that her cared just as deeply for Micaela as she does for others. As a friend, it made me incredibly happy to see my friend, who cares for others so well, find someone to care for her, too.

We enjoyed such a fun shoot on Mount Lemmon just north of Tucson for their shoot! I was so glad they stayed true to their personalities and brought along some badass cowboy hats. Evan was such an incredible sport, having only met me that day, to go along with all my ideas. I’m so happy with the images we created! I truly feel like they capture two people who clearly adore each other and have created such a special relationship.
