As I make my way through blogging, I am thrilled to share today Laura and Jacob’s intimate Mount Lemmon wedding! These two are such loving and caring goof balls and it’s been such a pleasure to get to know them, photograph their wedding, and stay in touch. Their wedding led to me photographing some of their friends, and now Laura and Jacob are growing their family! Congratulations to them!
Their wedding day was just as unique as they are. The started the morning off on Mount Lemmon, an “island in the sky” just north of Tucson. The couple and a few of their closest friends gathered at a mountain overlook to exchange vows, toast champagne, laugh together and take photos in the vibrant leaves of Fall.
Intimate Mount Lemmon Wedding
Immediately after the ceremony, Jacob, Laura and their friends gathered to pop champagne and soak in words of love. With joy, they signed their marriage license – making it officially official! I loved seeing these two so in the moment and so overcome with goodness. It was a pleasure to witness.
Afterwards, we explored Mount Lemmon, taking photos of Laura and Jacob and their friends and enjoyed the vibrant Fall leaves. It’s such a joy to see the leaves turn on Mount Lemmon since Tucson is not always the greatest physical representation of “Fall” and it was so lucky that this happened to land on their wedding day, too!
After their intimate Mount Lemmon wedding, Laura and Jacob traveled back down the mountain to have their wedding reception at the Urban Grove in Tucson. Their friends and family came together to decorate the space beautifully. The venue is gorgeous; incredibly green and perfectly suited for intimate gatherings. The couple was able to spend time with their friends, take photos with them and be showered with love by them. Of course, they ended the night with a dance party on the lawn!

I am incredibly grateful to Laura and Jacob for trusting me to document their wedding. These two wanted natural photos of the two of them and the joy the get from interacting with their loved ones.
