Danny and Isabel’s intimate wedding at Boho Farm + Home in Downtown Phoenix! These two are such a joy to be around! I first met them at a previous clients’ wedding (Aaron and Bridget), connected with them AGAIN at Bridget’s twin’s wedding (Brook and John) and had the incredible opportunity to photograph their intimate wedding this past winter in Downtown Phoenix.

When I arrived at this gorgeous home in Downtown Phoenix, Danny and his family were playing games in the yard before getting ready. Isabel and her mom and sister were having a relaxing time getting ready, having hair and makeup done, and enjoying some drinks to start the day. I was drooling over the greenery, florals, and natural beauty of this space. It was definitely the perfect place for a 12 person intimate wedding.

Isabel and Danny wanted to keep the day as relaxed and in the moment as possible. I loved their casual first look; Isabel walking down the stairs to meet Danny (right before he gave the local cat some pets, of course). We utilized the natural beauty of Boho Farm + Home for some bride and groom photos that showed off their silliness and joy.

Danny and Isabel exchanged vows under a chuppah constructed by their friends under a cloudy Downtown Phoenix sky. Their was laughter, breaking of glass, and plenty of “i do” kisses to seal the deal. After the ceremony and some fun family photos, these two enjoyed a cocktail hour and dinner under the trees. Boho Farm + Home provides a home made meal for their guests and that pizza looked AMAZING. Danny and Isabel were showed with kind words from their family, enjoyed toasts with good liquor and a heaping slice of home made cake.

I left this wedding feeling so full and grateful for my job! This group of people welcomed me on like family. They offered me drinks and genuine conversation and treated me more like a friend than a hired service. More weddings like Isabel and Danny’s please!
